We, Kobayashi Kogeisha have adopted contributing to society through displays as our basic principle. In order to provide permanent and exceptional value, we consider it is essential to maintain and improve our relationship of mutual trust with our clients.

Therefore, we fully understand our obligations to protect your valuable information. Accordingly, we would like to declare that we have established an Information Security Policy and that we have undertaken to make sure our executives and all employees understand this policy.

1.Scope
This policy applies to all the information created based on clients’ information and information that has been entrusted to us from our clients in the course of our business activities.

2.Maintaining Information Security
We will carry out a periodic risk assessment and take appropriate measures against risk in order to maintain confidentiality, integrity and availability of information. We will carry out an assessment and review through periodic information security audits and management reviews in relation to the effectiveness of individual measures and all information security.

3.Implementation System
We will establish an Information Security Officer and management system. We will also take continual efforts to make improvements.

4.Training
We aim to develop our official regulations and improve awareness by continually carrying out information security training for all executive staff and all employees.

5.Compliance
It is employees’ responsibility to comply with the contractual obligations set out in law and from our customers. If by any chance there is a violation, penalties will be handed out in line with our official regulations.
